She has performed at the Institute of Contemporary Arts (London), Institute of Contemporary Arts (Boston), HBO's UC Comedy Arts Festival, The Kitchen, Highways, ALOUD at the LA Public Library, the Comedy Central Stage, HBO Workspace, Solo Mio Festival, PS122, Harbourfront Theatre (Toronto), Brandeis University, Oberlin College, Echo Theater (Portland), Coast Playhouse, New Mexico Repertory Theater, Contemporary Art Center (Cincinnati), Cal Arts, Franklin Furnace, Third Eye Center (Glasgow), and many other clubs, colleges, art spaces and theaters.
Beth also acts, most notably with Sarah Jessica Parker and Baryshnikov on 'Sex and the City'.

Beth is outspoken and politically-active. She has performed at benefits for dozens of organizations, including the ACLU's "Freedom Files", benefits, shows and events for for the Drug Policy Alliance, PEN, DPA, NOW, Feral Cat Alliance, Barbara Boxer, Sunset Hall, the Bohemian Womens Political Alliance and many others.
During the 1992 Presidential election, Beth ran a 
guerrilla media campaign to make First Lady an elected position. Her FIRST LADY CAMPAIGN was featured on CNN, in People and Interview Magazine, attended the Democratic National Convention, got as many electoral votes as Ross Perot and spent millions less.
